 Reservation:

To make a reservation at Massage Bliss & Cryo, please contact our staff directly at our location, send us an e-mail at info@massageblissandcryo.com or you can book an appointment online. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.

Appointment Cancellation & Late Policy 

Our standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all members and guest. If you miss, cancel, or change your appointment outside this designated time, you will be charged 50% of the total of your scheduled services. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling (charges may apply). To cancel or change your appointment, please call the spa directly. 

 Personal Belongings:

A personal box is provided for you in all spa treatment rooms to keep your belongings. However, we would like to recommend to leave all your valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items.

 Health Considerations:

For your highest level comfort, please advise our staff upon your booking of any allergies, ailments or conditions you may have, especially if you have high blood pressure or if you are pregnant. Our spa assistants will gladly advise you on which treatments best suit your needs. In order for us to make an appropriate recommendation, kindly complete the spa consultation form. We strongly recommend avoiding alcoholic beverages before, during or directly after any treatments.

 Pre-Arrival:

Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, depending on availability, your appointment might be shortened so that the therapist is on time for the next appointment. Thus, please arrive 15 minute prior to your reserved appointment for pre-treatment consultation.

No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion or appearance.

Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Massage Bliss & Cryo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.

Massage Bliss & Cryo reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.

Please check before leaving the spa that you are leaving with all of the possessions you came in with. Massage Bliss & Cryo is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Age requirements for receiving spa services vary by state and local law and Massage Bliss & Cryo strictly complies with such laws. In the event there is not a specific regulation in your area, our policy is as follows:

No one under the age of 18 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian.

For children 15-and-under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services.

Must be over the age of 12 to receive most services including Teen facials, Cryotherapy, Body Wraps, etc…

Children under 12 can receive light Swedish Massages, Nutrition Consultation, and Chiropractic care with the certified staff.

A general waiver of liability and a Consultation form where applicable must be signed by anyone receiving services at the spa. Please show up 15 minutes before you appointment to fill out the required paperwork.
